Frequently Asked Questions

You have questions - I have answers!

  • Before we ever meet in person, we’ll start with a complimentary consult call to talk about your goals, movement history, and anything that impacts how you feel in your body. Your first session is beginner-friendly and focused on getting a sense of your mobility, posture, and natural movement patterns. We’ll go through fundamental exercises (like squats, rows, planks, and hip hinges), explore what feels comfortable, and identify what will support your goals. You’ll leave with a clear idea of what we’ll work on moving forward.

  • Pricing varies depending on location and session frequency:

    • Virtual personal training: $90–$110 per session

    • Partner and small group training: Pricing available upon request

    • Custom programs: $40 per workout

    • Monthly custom coaching with check-ins: $110–$140 per month

    • Swimming lessons: $180 for in-water instruction, $160 for deck-side coaching

  • Simply fill out the contact form on the website. I’ll reach out to confirm availability and schedule your consultation call. From there, we’ll set recurring session times that fit your week.

  • Yes! I’m a NYC-based mobile trainer, which means I travel to you. Most clients train in their building gyms, home gyms, or convenient neighborhood spaces. Virtual sessions are also available if that works better for your schedule.

  • Absolutely. Virtual sessions follow the same structure and level of support as in-person training. All you need is a small space to move and a few pieces of basic equipment (I can help you choose affordable options).

  • If you’re training at home, basic equipment is helpful - usually around $100 in total. I can provide a short list of my go-to recommendations. If you have limited equipment, we’ll adapt the workouts to what you already have.

    • People who want a supportive, non-judgmental approach to strength training

    • Beginners or those restarting movement

    • Clients referred by ED teams seeking a safe space

    • Desk-job professionals with pain or posture concerns

    • Anyone wanting to feel stronger and more at ease in daily life

  • Together, we can support goals like improving strength, mobility, posture, energy levels, balance, functional movement, pain reduction, and everyday ease. We can also work on stress management, body awareness, and reconnecting with movement if you’re returning after time away or healing your relationship with exercise.

  • Yes - beginners are actually some of my favorite clients to work with. I create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can learn the basics, build strength safely, and gain confidence in your movement.

  • Yes. I tailor sessions to your needs and comfort level, and we move at a pace that feels right for your body. Many clients improve joint stability, reduce pain, and increase mobility over time through this personalized approach.

  • Yes. Many clients come to me referred by ED clinicians, and my approach is firmly weight-neutral and body-respectful. There are no weigh-ins, no measurements, no calorie tracking, and no aesthetic goals. I collaborate closely with your care team to ensure sessions feel safe and supportive.

  • A custom program includes a personalized workout plan based on your goals, schedule, and equipment. You’ll get video demos, written instructions, and the ability to track progress in the training app. If you choose the monthly coaching version, we’ll also do biweekly check-ins to adjust exercises and keep you feeling supported.

  • Groups of 2–4 people can train together either in person or virtually. Sessions are still personalized, but the group format adds community support and motivation. It’s a great option for friends, partners, or coworkers.
