Hi, I’m Sarah!
I’m a NYC-based personal trainer, and my goal is to help you build strength and confidence in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. I’m here to encourage and guide as you explore movement in a new way — without pressure, comparison, or judgment.
My Approach
I believe exercise should provide strength and aid your everyday activities, but also a beautiful creative outlet. I love helping clients find movement that brings them joy, and even training in ways that help improve other passions (like improving posture to play an instrument, or cardiovascular health to play with your children).

Each session includes check-ins, attention to form, and programming that evolves with you.
Why I Care About This Work
I’ve seen how transformative it can be when someone discovers movement that actually feels good. My passion is helping clients realize they’re stronger, steadier, and more capable than they thought — that’s what fuels me. I care deeply about creating a space where people feel safe to try, to learn, and to grow without worrying about judgment or perfection.
I also know how overwhelming the fitness world can feel, especially when it’s filled with mixed messages, unrealistic expectations, and constant pressure to change your appearance. I want to offer an alternative: a place where you can focus on what your body can do, not what it “should” look like. Helping clients reconnect with movement in a supportive and sustainable way is an incredible honor and the best part of my job.
My Background
I’m an ISSA Personal Trainer and NASM Nutrition Coach with additional training in yoga, pre/post-natal fitness, and assisted stretching. I also teach swimming lessons for all ages and have an extensive background in competitive swimming, lifeguarding, and dryland programming.
This wide mix of experience enables me to work with clients of many different needs, comfort levels, and goals.
Working Together
Clients tell me our sessions are incredibly motivating, encouraging, and grounded in real care. Most sessions include strength, mobility, and form-focused work tailored to your personal needs. Some of my client’s favorite successes have been touching the floor with ease, carrying multiple suitcases without help, and naturally better posture - but 400lb deadlifts are also fair game! My goal is for you to leave each session feeling proud of yourself and confident in what you’re capable of. We can take whatever path you need to get there.
