Every option is designed to support sustainable movement, confidence, and care for your body.

  • Personalized strength training designed entirely around your goals, needs, and lifestyle. Each session focuses on improving function, mobility, and overall well-being — not aesthetics. Available in person or virtually, with flexible scheduling and ongoing support.

  • Train alongside friends, family, or coworkers in small, supportive groups of up to four. You’ll enjoy individualized attention with the added motivation and fun of shared progress. Perfect for those who thrive in a community setting.

  • Prefer to train on your own but want expert structure? Sarah designs personalized workout programs based on your goals, experience level, and available equipment. Each plan includes exercise videos, written instructions, and the option for biweekly check-ins to stay accountable and adjust as you go.

  • Looking for a jump-start? Explore ready-to-go training plans — like 8-week beginner strength or 12-week athletic foundations — available for instant download. Ideal for those who want structure without a full training commitment.

  • For all ages and skill levels, Sarah offers personalized swim instruction focused on safety, form, and confidence in the water. Lessons are held in client-provided pools, with the option for 30- or 60-minute sessions.
